So... because you can't get to sleep until the early hours of the morning you have insomnia? I suppose it's relative to what time you wake up at, if you're sleeping from 4AM to 7AM then that's something that you need to get on top of, you need to get at least 5 hours of sleep if you want to function properly. I'll usually go to sleep around 4-6AM and wake up at 12AM, giving myself 6-8 hours of sleep depending on if I'm tired or not. Establishing a regular sleeping pattern helps, if you feel as though you can't sleep then run a block around your neighbourhood or go for a short walk, by the time you get back you'll be so tired that you'll naturally want to lie down and you'll be gone before you know it.
