Vehicle Spawner

So i have a problem when i add the car ID´s in CarIDs.txt from lickhack,when i get ingame (Host) there isnt any vehicle and yes i know this is patched but it works in SP and Host. and this is what code i am using in CarIDs:
Humvee = humvee_

Code:

Car = car_
Van = van_
Truck = truck_
Ambulance = medic_
Police = policeCar_
APC = apc_

Moved to the correct section.

Not just patched in mulri, but single plater/host to unless you take out the block, then you could do it..

I know but i dont know HOW to spawn them in

@trevorrr259 Can you teach me how I may could spawn items on my OWN server? The other guy had mentioned you could take the block out.. And I would love to do it.
