NFS:W .BIN Extractor ?

hey I wanted to ask if anyone knows how I BIN files from NFS:W unpack and repack can or whether there is a program because I wanted as far as replace all textures

It doesn't have to be a NFS specific, you can use any BIN packer to do that. Just google.
