You probably named the .dll file incorrectly or there was an update.

How to enable ESP?
In the main menu you must set yourself in a group. The group doesn't matter, it can be random. As long as you are in one.

INSTALLATION
1) Extract the contents from the .zip file you downloaded
2) There are two files. A file named "Assembly-CSharp.dll" and another named "Disable_Perxs.dll". The first contains all the below features. The second removes Perxs features. Choose the file you wish to use.
3) Cut and paste your chosen file to the following directory: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Unturned\Unturned_Dat a\Managed" or wherever you have Unturned installed.
4) You are replacing the "Assembly-CSharp.dll" in that directory. Make a backup in case something happens, so you have the original to revert back to.
5) If you chose the "Disable_Perxs.dll" you will have to rename it to "Assembly-CSharp.dll" in order for it to work.
