In the recent months there has been a lot of controversy going around about public/private cheats being detected by VAC.
I will provide a small FAQ to give you answers.
Info about public cheats:
About VAC bans, NO HACKS can be undetectable. You are more than likely going to get VAC banned by using a public cheat. DO NOT use a cheat if you don't think its safe, it is not MPGH or the hack providers responsibility if anything happens to your account e.g. VAC or overwatch bans.
Info about private cheats:
There are a lot of private cheats on the market, none of which can be advertised/sold on MPGH as it is against the rules and you WILL be punished if you ask about buying/selling cheats. I only have experience with one private cheat, and as far as I know even private cheats can get detected.
Always use precaution when you use a private cheat or a public cheat. If you are VAC banned, it is always your fault as all cheats are use at your own risk.
Q: Will I get VAC banned if I use a public cheat?
A: Its likely you will be banned. Use at your own risk, as always.
Q: Will I get overwatch banned if I use a public cheat?
A: Overwatch bans are different then VAC bans, you will only be overwatch banned if you are a blatant cheater e.g. no game sense and hitting impossible shots.
Q: But what if a hack says undetectable?
A: Its not. Anything can be detected, even material hacks. (Which you cant use in competitive anyway)
Q: What if a thread includes a link to a download and not an attachment?
A: Do not download it, report the thread for outside linking and move on.
I suggest you never download hacks from people sending you them on Skype or otherwise.
