Shaders on hacked client?

I was wondering can you install shaders on a hacked client? Specifically the resilience 1.7.4-1.7.10. I want to use shaders but only with my client because I have an amazing setup!
Please reply if you have any knowledge!

Very hard if you do not know how to code... You have to merge the two jars together while comparing differences, might take a developer a week lol.
