Custom Skins.

Just curious as to if there is something like MKJogo for League of Legends, how it has all the official skins and you can use any one of them for free but only you can see them, I would like a Butterfly Knife just for fun but don't want to pay the price for one, along with M4A1-S skins and what not.

you can but then you cant use it on competitive server or any casual if im right because of sv_pure 1 is enabled (to make sure no one hack the terrain and any other thing.) but some community server allowed this. I've tried installing cs1.6 gun sound for csgo worked really well but only in Offline bot matches and some surf server.
