I'm not sure if people can get refunds from Newegg. That company is a jerk when it comes to customer service. If you do happen to find someone who can, let me know.. I'd definitely be interested!

They refund but is hard because they open investigation, I refunded a set of 8gb ram but that was because I made a legit order of 7 things and did not refunded the 7 things just one

That seems reasonable. I know they are super uptight. Even when they mess up on an order, they give you a hard time. It's not very good for big buyers or loyal customers.
