dll missing for windows 8 everytime

I had the same problem, perhaps I can be of assistance.

I downloaded the dll file (from typing the file name into google, should be first link) then place it in BOTH of these locations:

C:\ = Main OS Drive
C:\Windows\System32
C:\Windows\SysWOW64

After placing the dll file in BOTH of those locations, the hack should work, if not then reply back here.
