Spawning Items In Servers.

Here Is a tutorial on how to spawn items In Multiplayer.

Well you are not actually spawning them in MP You are in SP

Step1 Get an exploit menu that has an item spawn capability I recomend LickHack
Step 2. Go into a Single Player game.

Step 3. Spawn the items you wish to use in MP.

Step 4. Go into a server with Sync Enabled.

Step 5. ????????

Step 6. Profit

What? everybody knows about this XD. you can even use an inventory editor if server has SYNC...it's much easyer.
