Sometimes I get genuinely surprised in support with some companies.
This is my 2nd RAT7, sure it's a good mouse but it ends up being something wrong with it, both times.
So this time I contacted MadCatz about it and they decided that they'd give me a new one and it will be here in 21 days.
I wasn't even aiming for something like that. They just did it by default.

Sounds like they're pretty lenient with the amount of free shit they give out, what kind of details did you have to give them?
