Combat arms gfx card?

Hi i have a mobile intel series 4 express chipset family driver for my
Intel Celeron laptop.
is it compatible with combat arms? Because, everytime i play ca, it lags really bad.
If it is compatible, can anyone give me tips to making it faster?

Your graphics card will never be the problem unless your using a super old computer, considering CA isn't a very high detailed game.
Get more RAM so your CPU can handle the process.
Also, if youre using Comcast as your ISP, there is a thing called regional bandwidth.
If lots of people near you, such as in your neighborhood, also have Comcast, then your regional bandwidth will be very busy, also causing a massive amount of lag.
