yes and no, yes you will baypass the HDD banned if you install a new windows on that new HDD and reinstall the GRP on it, No it will still banned if you only plug it in and install the GRP only on it

you must find a way to install windows on external HDD

- Reinstall new windows + same HD = still banned
- Reinstall new windows + new HD = not banned
