Since I haven't played in a LOOOONG time, I wondered if any of this I just found on a cracked account is rare?

he means that such an account will most likely have a confirmed email, and you will lose it once you change anything.

No it hasn't, I already changed the e-mail to mine.

There are a bunch of rare items in that account for
Ex:Chrono star sword,vot,Dragonfable destiny blade
