4670k OC.
So, I have an h100i, and I hadn't really bothered with OCing it, really. However, I did just do an OC to 4.2. Everything is fine, really. Temps are around 35-40 idle. However, here lies my problem. About a week ago, maybe a little more I noticed that my fans on the radiator were a bit wat. One was running normal, while the other was going a bit slower, as I could SEE the individual fan blades.

Now, I went to go and use Speedfan, as I had used it in the XP days, and welp.. Doesn't show anything, so I come to find out I have a program called "AISuite3" that I could download/look at things(I had originally wanted to use this to OC, as I couldn't figure it out in BIOS. Last time I had OC'd a CPU it was back in the days of Bloomfield).

So, lol? RPM is super low, for no apparent reason. But why :<

no idea, when under load does it ramp up?
Well you shouldn't be worried unless your CPU heats up all of a sudden, your fans are probably slowing down when your CPU isn't doing anything and then speeding up when it's under load.

yea but usually they are on the same speed :/
You know you can manually adjust fan speed with Corsair Link seeing as though you have an "i" model cooler. I would check Corsair Link to make sure it's running correctly.
