HELP With Paypal

Hello guys ,

i have problem with paypal , when i want to send payment or purchace anything from any site
it say to me

We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now

Please anyone help

my account not limited , but it's not verified with any creditcards , but i payed with it maybe 4 times with no trouples
even people can send to me money without any problem.

You probably need to add a credit card to send money.

Maybe you are right with this point , (TO SEND MONEY) , but why i can't buy anything for example steam games , or Ebay items.

I am surprised because i buy 2 times from deffirent sites.

You should either have a bank account or credit account linked to it to buy things

yeah u are true , but if u know the guy in minecraft selling program called Minecraft account dispenser
i can buy from him very easy i dont know why !
