Fame Exploit?

I've heard of a fame exploit in the Cem, but when I tried it I did damage to the third boss, and he also kept moving making it hard to not hit him... How do you do this fame exploit exactly? :l

People modify their client to not hit the boss and only hit the sprites he spawns, then just lure him to a certain spot where he cannot hit you and you can hit his spawns and your good to go

you have to hex your client
(or get nilly's)
so it doesnt allow your player to hit the 3rd boss
