Was watching WingsofDeath and he said that Gnar isn't the easiest champ to play and most people suck with him (especially since he came out recently) and building full damage is bad unless you're super ahead or the enemy team is super behind since he has to be able to take a beating when going into melee form but has great chasing potential with the boomerang and hyper.
