If your account is untrusted you played like a cheater, which means you are better than the rest of the game, thats why they reported you and you got status untrusted. If you didnt use any cheats it will go away sooner or later.

You get untrusted because the cheat you used was detected. Untrusted has nothing to do with people looking at you playing.
