Vac Is here?

3.0 Just came out or people say (2.2.5)
Its been stated that vac has been implemented on Nelson's post is this true?
Anyways back to the drawing board boys!

Can anyone post more information about this here?

Its 2.2.5, The title says 3.0 as its talking about 3.0. He is trying to state how close he is to releasing 3.0 but its not here yet. So no VAC yet.
