Is there like a program to show where all the faction bases in the world are?

Yes, search up something called "faction exploit" and watch the youtube video on it. (May not work on all servers, but it works on Mineag**** and others.)
I've never actually seen one myself, maybe there is one but the best way to find claimed lands is use this command /f map on (depends on the server your on it may be changed, if it is then do /f help>find the faction map command> turn it on> Then any time your on a new chunk it will tell you where the property is claimed and how big it is).
