I know if you make a UCE, which does take some time but is worth it, your trainers will come out undetected. But I don't like making trainers using that because it limits you on the way you make them, so its hard to make a cool looking one. I advise you to read the "How to make a trainer using VB5/6" thread. I think its stickied now. If you do use that make sure to give credit to TheRedEye.
