there is a firefox addon i think called video download helper
it download all flash things such as videos, ads, etc.
it takes a lot of trial and error sometimes to find the file(search for the large one)
it will download in a flv file, download a flv player to view

No, but I know the Korean show 'Introducing A Star's Friend'. :'D It's cool!
