I'm new to modding Black Ops II and i am having a hard time.

What mod exactly are you trying to use and which game version do you (Steam or a cracked one)?
something like this "Black Ops 2 Ultimate Camo Changer V34 (playist V39)" and i have the steam version and just dll files in general.

Make sure that they aren't outdated & that they are .DLLs that contain hacks. (some .DLLs (which usually come with an .exe file) contain parts of the user interface of the program that they come with))
