I seek clarification on the rules regarding outside linking.
I plan on releasing a tutorial, if allowed, I would include outside links to software like notepad++ and syntax for it (the syntax is updated regularly by a legit (non hacking) website and if my post were to be added as a sticky, it would be beneficial to always have the updated download link, something i would not be able to provide)
I would also recommend in some instances the use of a VPN, can i recommend a VPN with a included link, or not at all?
I'm happy to speak in private with a mod where I can show you a preview of my tutorial with the links included for approval.
Yeah Notepad++ is fine. As long as the site isn't hacking/cheating related. Mods as well. Dunno about the syntax part. I'd have to look at it first and then tell you.
VPNs should be fine. Tell me which one you're gonna post though.
