Anyway to tell when other people in a server are using hacks?

Use a hack yourself, turn on ESP, and if people are going fast or teleporting you will know. Or if they have Skull reputation or the Halo reputation. And/or if they a player is named "Bluekiller"

Any way to know if theyre spawning items or cars besides just seeing them do it?

item or vehicle ESP, but it's not like there's a console which logs all actions in real time

People can get the Skull/Halo legitimately. Its no reason to ban. Only ban them if they only just joined and instantly got it.

Working on a private Anti-hack to protect against my own hack.

It might take a while and also Bluehack will be slowed down, Due to me uninstalling Visual Studio because i fucked up.. It takes ages to install.

That would be so awesome if you made a antihack. Hackings fun and all but the vehicle spawning and crashing servers for no reason is pretty lame.
