RSPS Creation help needed

I really wanna create a rsps just to mess around on for free can anyone help me?

If you want to host it for free you would probably have to use Hamachi to host it.

Do you want it Online, or do you want it just for you?

If you get it up and running let me know and I'll test it for you and to have fun
