This man just put a bullet in his fucking brain and some magical doctor is gunna be like "well he appears to be dead" u literally need god to come down from heaven and be like "alright who the hell called a doctor, I'll handle this" and bring his dead ass back to life right after he strikes down the retard that called the doctor in the first place. but thats different where he position the gun was not at his face it was in his mouth and pointing up towards his head so no it wasn't on his face and he would not of survived. The heart may pump for a few more seconds or minutes, and the blood that's in the lungs and brain will evacuate out of his body. It's not pretty
