i replaced all files, run game and in game i see only quit button.

i had trouble to keep it working too. i renamed the unturned folder to have a backup and reinstalled it two times. looks like its a bit buggy and does not work everytime for some reasons. try to reinstall it. maybe it works.

Well this Sucks u cant spawn items on mp or no-sync you get kicked _,-

yes some servers have anti cheat so thats why. find one withought anti cheat its not hard ;/

This still works for me, but idk if its causing my game to crash now, every time I host my server, and play for like 5 minutes my game has a pop-up sound and Unturned freezes. This hasn't happened when I was using this 2 days ago or yesterday.

You can't do this on ANY multiplayer server ffs. A server without anticheat/with anticheat doesn't exist. It's the fucking game's anticheat.
