Hey guys I found something today. It seems that the SRM plugin is great for prison server exploiting. /srm tp (Your Rented Cell) will teleport you to the sign. Most signs don't have enough room to teleport you to if lets say it's on the door/wall near the cell. Which most are. It will teleport you up till you land on an area you can stand on. From there it is usually the prison roof. Avoid Glass/Opening/Other Cell Blocks and walk towards exit. Poof freedom...
