Hacking Online Games (Ghost Recon Phantoms)...?

Hello everyone.
so sorry if i asked this questions in wrong place
i work with Cheat Engine and i find what i need
i want to hack primary ammo, coins and etc
find the address in program, but when i change for example the coins amount,
its like, its sync with some database
in game, after about 5 sec, i get a message and the amount back to previous amount!
also for ammo, after changing value, it changed back!
im new in hacking, so if someone can simply explain to me,
im so grateful

Edit1: i changed the amount off ammo, and fixed it on 30,
but still, after 7 shooting (the previous amount) its reloading
though its still show 30!
how can i fix this?!

This game is server based. This means that values such as money, ammo and more can not be changed for the most part with the simple Cheatengine because data are stored in UBI's servers. Then the most veterans will help you. Timio stimio will surely answer you better than me..he is a veteran.

To hack an online game(Most) you need to edit packets.Only client sided games work with Cheat Engine.You need to download WPE and look up a tutorial.

To get the program to work
Disable UAC(User Access Control)
Create exclusions in your firewall,and any anti virus you may have(It will be a flase positive,it's not a virus)
Run the program and find a packet that might be an exploit,maybe you can sell something and switch the tiem to something else?You have to look.When you do find the packet,add it to your send list and see if it works.
