Amazon Question
I wanted to know if after receiving tracking info for an order if it could get canceled, returned, sent back, ect and not go to the place it was originally supposed to be sent. Wanna make sure before I make a trade. Sorry if this is in the wrong section.
Well, at any time if an order is refunded during the shipment process, the seller can throw UPS $5 and tell them to reroute the package back to their warehouse.
Who ever is shipping this item, has the power to change the shipment location if you're using UPS. I dont know about other carriers.
Help me understand how you're trading something but it's coming from Amazon?
Beside the point; Amazon accepts most every return and has extremely genuine customer service. If you decide you do not want the item, then call Amazon's customer support and they'll help you through it.
If the item is ordered ON Amazon but from a 3rd party seller it may be much harder to get a return.
