That exists a mod but i saw people with soldier with a sniper and stuff like that...

If it was a hack you'd probably only see it from there perspective and not from the people around him..

I don't think it is even possible to get a soldier/gunner gun on a commando, and vice versa. In older updates of BFH mods worked though, could use them in training mode, like mod weapons, hp, player skins, items, vehicles, maps, I even got a BF2 heli in it.
