To be honest, it's doesn't even matter. Only greedy people and the people who only fucking camp MPGH for new game-breaking hacks will want MP spawning out. (aka the 12 year olds) With the Server Hack out and them already coming out with a method in 3 weeks, it's going to be a shitstorm. It's already horrid. You can spawn bunkers, crash players, insta kill players, clear inventories, mess up movement, crash the server, crash all players at once, spawn ghillie kits, etc etc etc. It's already insane and nearly every server has hackers with Server Hack on it.
When they release the Item Hack in 1.0 (3 weeks from now exactly) things are going to be a shitstorm.
And no, Nelson won't fucking patch it, since he doesn't care anymore. It's an old version. He's already half-way into 3.0. He's released 3.2.8.0 already, so he's pretty damn far into it. He's already added ALOT of shit into it, and there's already many servers and each one has VAC implemented. He really won't bother to take time out of 3.0 coding to patch something on 2.2.5.
That's exactly why Server Hack hasn't been dealt with for shit. (Crashing servers, players, clearing inventory, messing with movement, spawning gear, teleporting to cars, instant kill, teleporting to players, working godmode.)
