WPE

I can not open WPE at all I have tried everything, but i just get this error.

"Windows can not access the specificed device, path, or file. You may not have the correct permissions to access this file."

I have tried right clicking and running as administrator, sharing the file across all users on the computer, turning off my internet security, turning off windows firewall and UAC. But it still came up with the same message, is there anything else i can do to fix this?

Where is WPE Pro installed at? It seems you might have a custom directory installed and messed it up

This happened to me on a school computer,it's your anti virus deleting it,and since it no longer exists(it's in quarantine) that's what it says.Disable your Anti Virus,WPE is a false psoitive since it's a well known hacktool.
