❗ Banned with no valid reason/proof

So my main account, darkwrath505, was banned for the reason "Selling hacks/scripts" of which I do not do here on MPGH.
I have only even said to people "contact me on Skype and we can talk" if asked for 'hacks'.
I believe this is a false ban and I want proof for it.
By the way, it is a permanent ban.

1) Well, @Flengo banned you, and I doubt he did it for the lulz.

2) No selling of hacks, menus, scripts, loaders or any other cheating/hacking related material (includes free offer with purchase). (Permanent Ban) http://www.mpgh.net/forum/rules.php

Well I would love to speak to him then, because as I stated, I do not sell hacks on here. Never have.

You were reported by @Jim Morrison for selling hacks. Your signature I believe was one of the reasons. Also, it's permanent because you were asked to change/remove/stop it but you either didn't or didn't reply back. So you ignored the warning.

You've released like 2 "hacks" for DayZ on MPGH so yeah. Anyway, it was reported to me.

I was never asked to remove it, ever.
I have released more, but most got removed (y'know because everyone hates me :c)

If there's nothing sufficient or it was just an accident/misunderstanding, the ban will be lifted so worry not

Well I saw it on a marketplace thread, so in that circumstance it did look as if you were selling hacks. Not to mention no one releases ArmA 2 OA Gifts lol, so it looks like a list of items you're selling. "DayZ Hacks SA Hacks" "ArmA 3 & 2 Hacks" "ArmA 2 OA Gifts"

I'm not doubting you or questioning you in any way I'm just giving my experience. I have him on Skype and he's done nothing but help me (free help) never even offered to sell me anything or requested money. just sayin, nomsayin?

So you saw my signature, which is everywhere that I post, and automatically assumed "Must be selling them, he posts in the marketplace".
And as for the fact that "no one releases ArmA 2 OA Gifts". No one releases them, they sell them. I've had many sales of them and have also sold one via an approved middleman on MPGH.

Since no evidence or report has been brought forward showing him selling or offering to sell, ban is lifted.

There has been evidence shown by a user that you have in fact been selling hacks over Skype. The user does not want to be publicly known and wishes to remain private.

The thread is available in the Private Reports section with the proof.

A temporary ban has been placed. If found continuing to do so, it will be permanent.
