how decompile the Assembly-CSharp.dll

Hey guys,

i would ask you how can i decompile the Assembly-CSharp.dll . I habve use JetBrains, Reflector and ILSpy but i have they command:

Can me where send a unpacker for the obfuscator?

There seems to be a de-compiler here: http://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=786485
It says on the post it will most likely get you VAC banned but i think that only applies to oxidizer and not the Rust Stripper
