Figured out some other ways to make a tilt-shift.

It's not just blurring.
If you people think tilt-shifting is so easy to do, then make one yourselves.
You guys make it seem like making a perfect tilt-shift is so simple.

Blur brush around it.
Can get the exact same effect.

No guys. Its not blur brush. Most people use selection tools to blur. You also saturate the focus to make it cartoony. Theres a whole bunch of shit that goes into tilt-shifting.

Anyways good job. Looks nice.
