The program couldn't find your global offensive install location, you probably have it installed in SteamLibrary/common/ you will have to copy and paste it to default steam install dir of Steam/Steamapps/Common/ or reinstall to default folder.

theres no way to add to the program where the installation folder is?
i have steam installed on a seperate hard drive
