So, whenever my computer gets plugged in, it kills itself(goes to 1/10th the speed)...

I already made a thread about this, so I learned a few things:
It's not the PSU, power supply, power plan etc..
It does not get better if there is no battery
It takes hours to charge if it's being used

Any ideas?

I'd love to, but I'm running a pretty expensive one at the moment, and unfortunatly, that isn't an option.
@arunforce isn't this the same problem that you once described on skype (about your computer)?

Whenever it gets plugged in.

Haven't really testing the boot speed with it being plugged in versus it not.

Well if you already re-installed windows, It's gotta be a hardware problem so just send it to repair :\ could be anything really.

ok. re-install windows now and check if it changes. this might be a power plan but since your saying its definitely not just re-install windows.

btw,since when is this occurring?

Since I got the computer, and I've already tried re-installing windows.

I accidentally downgraded to windows 7 professional
