Is it safe to play with powerbot client whitout using script's ?

Nope .

I don't believe so considering its and injected client. I believe they can see that.

In my opinion no, because jagex usually 9/10 catches people who bot and bans them so don't risk it m8.

I dunoo played like 3-5h with out using any kind of script just used item id's too see what herbs i get.
Played runescape 07 and also in 07 u will get banned when some dumb idiot will report u :S

No it's not, I would use scripts
