Looking to get a $500 loan on paypal, you send it as Services/Goods and then a week later chargeback ~ I don't know if this is against rules. I've searched them for Loans but have found nothing so.

Look, I know you're all slandering him, but honestly. There are people who legit just want, rather need to fix things fast, and more often than not this is much easier than asking someone IRL for it, ESPECIALLY when you're committing fraud with the money. But really, what would happen is you give him $500, he launders it then you chargeback. Would you get in trouble? Yes, if Paypal is being a cunt that day and makes the connections. This is basically what Cernăianu Manole Răzvan aka TinKode did. However, he did it with a very large sum, and got greedy. 99% chance nothing would happen over 500 I don't think.
