You'd inject it into the game, you need a dll injector. There's tons on this forum.

The fix for opium is in the server file something in farming somebody already stayed something about it its a wrong name instead of opium it should be poppy as there's no opium item in the game if you need more help msg me

Um, this is incorrect? Your Steam ID gets whitelisted as well... As shown when you join the server "Checking Player Whitelist".
