Make a virtual hard drive and make it off from you main Hard drive.
I know 4 people who got banned too and they format their HDD , installed OS and GRP on it .....they fixed the ban .

when i make a new account i always get an error connection lost and then i try against it says account suspended

They banned us on our main HDD
Changing IP or MAC address will not work
I got some friends who formated their main HDD and install W8 ( they had W7 before ) ...They were able to bypass the ban
Another solution is to create a virtual hard drive , install OS and GRP on it .
But you must know how to make it off from your main hard drive ...Creating just a vhd will not work ...you must create a virtual bootable drive/partition . @mastapupa help us

You have to make it off from your main HDD , so you get new serial
i installed new Windows on the same HDD
created new Account and played normally
