with casting empty instances

not sure if its right section but ,
I need some help ,
ive basically completely reversed aion , i can run bots and stuff ,
but i got 1 thing i wanna do,
whats the idea behind casting empty instances of areas?
ive seen it happen , completely empty , no npc no creatures , how could 1 do that (i guess its not game dependant) ill just need some hints i hope i can do it myself, but after tons of toyin with ctos packets & head bashing i didnt manage to do it ,any1 knows?

nvm figured it out myself , might release whole aion bot api with some premamde bots if someone wants it let me know , its in autoit but , its fully reversed and i keep it up to date
