I didnt make it, I'm just sharing the program that I found useful when I needed to change my game's language
all it does is modify a text file located here C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_patcher\managedfiles\0.0 .0.0
regions.txt hell u can modify it urself in like 5 seconds
