Seems like you got Banned from RepZ Modern Warfare 2 Client. Well you were detected of a hack.. so what can I say, go make an appeal. Its your problem if you hacked and got banned from their servers.

Don't even bother to appeal, you won't get unbanned.
There is an anti cheat disabler somewhere on the internet though, but if you can't find it feel free to get on some other client and try to hack there

Also, a german who DOESN'T know how to hack properly?

A clue please sir? They are using XUID instead of HWID ban, IP also I think. Please enlighten on how you would bypass their ban.
