Also I can't get any chams for Windows Vista... found a promising hread but it doesn't include the Bypass or TNT chams .dll's which I need.

No it does not work. people do either :
1) Ghost mode you
2) Glitch key through/ around you
Meh glitches fail nowa days...It was better when there were no pubs D: <
