Auto Clicker (Without using mouse)

Does anyone know a program that can let me click on specific areas without physically moving my cursor over? Sort of like auto clicker but letting you use your mouse at the same time?

@Timii does autohotkey run in the background? i need a program that can click stuff whilst I do other stuff on the computer. Similar to le bot but for epicduel (game I will bot on). @Venerable I cannot use my mouse whilst using that program :/
