Changing Ip?

can you guys tell me a ip changer that i can change to a specific place? i know some others but i just want to see if there is one.

Update: I have tried hotspotshield but i just wanted to know if there are better ones other there.

Go here (change adapter settings):

Then right click on Ethernet and click disable, it should prompt you for a new IP once you re-enable.

I suggest waiting 15 minutes.
